Yes of course. If we have an alternative unit available, we will happily organise this for you.

No, the units don’t have electricity
Yes. We would recommend you insure your items. Insurance is not included. We would advise to check your home policy in the first instance, or alternatively insure with a company such as Surewise
All units are within a secure building accessed only via a key pad system with individual access codes. 24 CCTV also in operation.
You will need to ensure you lock your unit. You can either purchase your own lock, or alternatively we sell locks on site during office hours – pop into the office to pick one up.
Please contact us directly to discuss your needs and we will aim to accommodate. There are a few steps into the main building, but we do have roller door access on ground level. Some of our units are on a first level accessed via stairs only, so please let us know any requirements at booking stage so we can look to accommodate you on the ground level.
No, we don’t have any lifts.
The emergency contact number will be displayed within the building and will be given to you upon booking.

Yes, we have dedicated areas for parking whilst you unload.
Yes, we have trolleys & sack trucks available for your use.
